Destrava terms of use

These terms apply to the use of Destrava, an English study app based on spaced repetition, offered by INTELIGENCIA DE DADOS E SERVICOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO LTDA (IDS). By using the app, you agree to them.
Account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what is done with it. Keep access to your device protected.
Permitted use
Use the app for personal and lawful purposes. Do not try to access other people’s data, get around plan limits, copy content in bulk, or interfere with how the service works.
Content
Destrava content (phrases, translations, narratives and audio) was produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed by automated processes. It is meant for study and may contain inaccuracies; let us know if you find an error.
The app, code, brand and our own content belong to IDS or its licensors. What you write in the app remains yours; you authorize us to store and process it only to provide the service.
Paid plans
Some features require a subscription. The price, period and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed and canceled in the store itself; deleting your account does not cancel the subscription by itself. Refunds follow the rules of the store or of the payment method used.
Availability
We work to keep the app always available, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to supplier failures. We may change or discontinue features, giving advance notice when a change affects you.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Destrava privacy policy.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. When you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
